“ Absolutely amazing in all aspects. The food was incredible. Both pizzas we ate were excellent. The desserts were excellent as well. The place is beautifully decorated and is bright and clean. All the servers are very personable and provide excellent service. This place was worth every penny! Edit: Came back a year later; just as delicious as last time! Amazing quality. ”
“ First experience in April 2025. 100% will be back again. Tried four of the pizzas off the menu with some friends. Can't go wrong with any of their food. Including their daily special appetizer. It was a magnificent cheese dip Chipotle style I believe, had some kick, came with wood fired toasties ... I could have just eaten the dip let alone trying four pizza's. The staff was wonderful. The ambience is perfect. Beautiful bar that showcases their large wood fired oven. I'll be back soon. To try so many more things. Not a lot of restaurants really nail it 110%. The service was exceptional; we dined on the patio, where our waitress provided attentive and prompt service despite the busy atmosphere. The food arrived quickly and was delicious. Although beer wasn't prominently featured on the drink menu, they do offer Muskoka Brewing on tap as well as a selection of basic beers in bottles or cans. I highly recommend dining here. ”

“ We found ourselves in Midland hungery and tired after cycling the Tay Shore Trail on a Sunday afternoon. Everything was closed or closing for the day but found Dillon's open and inviting. Sitting outside enjoying the patio we soon moved inside to listen to the fantastic live music. They had a fine list of wine choices and interesting cocktails. We were so impressed with their pizza. They do not skimp on toppings, with loads of decadent meats and cheeses. Peach on pizza??? Yes!! Amazing!!! Their pizza prices are a bit higher than average, but well woth it. We each ordered a gelato but didn't realize the portions would be so huge - it was so good that we somehow managed to finish it all. We will definitely return next time we're up in Midland ”
“ I visited this restaurant with three other people on a Sunday evening. We were fortunate to get in just as they were taking the last seating of the evening. We had heard from friends that the food was good but we were still surprised at just how much we enjoyed our meal. We tried various cocktails, the cesar salad, rib appetizer and shared a few pizza types, then gelato for dessert. Everything was exceptional. The espresso martini was the best I've ever had. The service was prompt and friendly. We all agreed that we would be glad to come back any time. So glad to have found this gem. ”

And let's not forget the pepperoni pizza—so good, with a perfectly crispy crust and plenty of delicious toppings. To top it all off, the Nutella cheesecake is a must-try!
